Many of us from the Michigan Association for Local Public Health are planning to attend Healthy Safety Net 2016: A Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan symposium on Thursday, September 8th from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in East Lansing. Won’t you join us?
Healthy Safety Net 2016 will focus on compelling policies, practices, and partnerships. Highlights will be Dr. Barbara Israel’s presentation on health equity and evidence-based prevention and returning favorites, including Breaking News and Partnerships with Grant Makers. Opportunities to network with presenters and other safety net providers will be plentiful.
The Healthy Safety Net symposium is a unique opportunity to engage with experts in safety net health care in Michigan. I encourage you to attend and look forward to seeing you there.
