Governance Committee
The Governance Committee is charged with two primary tasks.  The first is to design and conduct, on an annual basis, an assessment of the MALPH Board of Directors, including the issues of recruitment, orientation, and succession planning. The second will be to design and conduct, on a biannual basis, an assessment of the MALPH Committee structure and liaison relationships.
