This webinar will introduce Moving Health Literacy Together (MHLT), the Michigan State Medical Society curriculum for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and healthcare professionals that is part of the MDHHS HEEL initiative. MHLT is designed to strengthen health literacy through practical, community-centered strategies that advance equity across settings. Participants will hear lessons learned and gain insights that they can apply in their own practice and communities.
