Climate change causes more frequent and intense weather events, wildfires and water contamination, among other things. It also threatens our health and well-being. Extreme heat events can, for example, result in respiratory illnesses, mental distress and premature death. We’ll explore the relationship between climate change, health and equity at our December webinar and offer strategies for local solutions.
