This session prepares participants for delivering short, straightforward interviews. Learn how the modern media develops stories and how to wade into the news stream with clear, sharp messaging. Recognize what the media is looking for and how to represent your department and convey necessary information to the public with confidence. Receive tips on staging a virtual interview with lighting, background, and other considerations.
** At registration, participants will have an opportunity to request a practice zoom interview after the session on the session day, with coaching and review.
