The workshop will take place virtually with five, three-hour sessions conducted over a two-and-a-half-week period. A 90-minute concept-to-practice session will take place eight (8) weeks after the workshop.
Workshop Description
The Equity in Action Workshop: Advancing Equity through Quality Improvement is a practitioner’s guide to using Quality Improvement methods to achieve equitable services and outcomes. This beginner’s workshop is designed to engage and train staff on the foundations of Quality Improvement (QI) and the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle to support professionals in using QI methods and tools to achieve equitable services and outcomes.
