The Health Fund is seeking proposals to advance bold ideas, produce lasting impacts and empower community-driven solutions to health issues. Eligible applicants may seek support through two available grant opportunities.
Grassroots organizations, neighborhood groups, small and medium size nonprofits are encouraged to apply.
Community Health Impact Initiative
Applicants may apply for support through our Community Health Impact Initiative, which supports health-focused, community-based organizations that empower communities to solve their most pressing health issues and implement health-focused, community driven interventions.
