Webinar Overview

The 60 - 90-minute webinars in April and May of 2022 to provide guidance on how to strengthen health center operations around on-going COVID needs as they evolve and meld into regular health center operations. These sessions are intended to inform and action-ize organizations around concrete tools and concepts to ensure that their operations are strong.

Session 1: Inserting "COVID-19" Procedures in Pre-COVID Procedures to Ensure Continuous Vaccination and Testing 

  • Learners will review current procedures and be able to describe how to incorporate COVID-19 procedures into day-to-day
  • Learners will identify ways to ensure COVID-19 testing and treatment implementation to adapt with ease to fluctuating COVID-19 positivity rates & evolving requirements
  • Learners will consider options for reviewing current processes and incorporating testing and treatment into the normal flow of clinic & determine what the looks like for them.


Session 2: COVID-19 Procedures for Staff Health and Safety and Encouraging Workplace Wellbeing

  • Learners will identify ways to sustainably operationalize and communicate "COVID-19" health and safety procedures for new and existing staff, including immunization mandates and OSHA compliance
  • Learners will learn approaches to promoting a culture of safety and ongoing infection control and prevention processes
  • Learners will identify practical approaches to address staff concerns, stress associated with states of transition and changes (communication etc.) 


Session 3: Let's go back to our roots: Providing Amazing Care to Every Patient

  • Learners will evaluate and make plans to fill cracks that have opened up during the pandemic
  • Optimize data tools and technology to rev-up patient re-engagement
  • Learners will review and shore up sustainable telehealth and virtual care services in the on-going COVID-19 world
