Building Harmony in Governance: Advocating for Healthy Communities through Collaboration and Policy

The NALBOH Annual Conference is scheduled to be held on August 12-14, 2024 at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN. NALBOH is looking for individuals or teams to submit proposals for oral presentations to educate and inspire our attendees.

Presentations will be accepted until March 8. We estimate that all applicants will be notified of the status of their applications by early April. 

Attendees will gather to share and identify best practices, essential skills, lived experiences, and emerging issues to effectively support your communities and your health department.

Submission Details:
Final selections will be based on the quality and clarity of the abstract, as well as relevance of the described content to the overall conference theme.

Intended Audience: This conference is designed for members of state and local boards of health. Its content and activities will also be of interest to health directors/officers, local health department staff, and government officials, as well as other public health professionals from the local, state and national level.
