Duties:
 Provide direct care and education on pregnancy and family planning methods so clients can make an
informed decision.
 Engage with diverse populations, create nursing care plans, and advocate for high-risk populations.
 Provide services in the office setting and/or via tele-health.
 Serve in a manner that is culturally competent and non-judgmental with all clients, coworkers, peers,
and supervisors.
 Collaborate with supervision and/or Medical Director as needed to streamline and troubleshoot
services.
 Integrate with other programs and identify opportunities to expand services to create a safety net
 Ensure program fidelity to accreditation requirements and nursing standards of care.
 Complete and maintain accurate, adequate, and timely records in computer software products such as
Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records software, and similar products.
 Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to serve clientele in a tactful, objective,
respectful manner while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance.
