This position will serve as the Housing Program Specialist for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program, and is responsible for providing: subrecipient oversight and technical assistance, policy, program, and budget development, management of reporting to the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other support to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Housing and Homeless Services Division. This position will work collaboratively with the MDHHS Bureau of HIV and STD Programs to develop integrated training, funding support and data management.
