9:00am-10:00am
We invite you to start 2026 with an opportunity to attend a one-hour informational session for supervisors and lead home visitors about the FAN (Facilitating Attuned Interactions) model. The FAN is a powerful, relationship-centered framework that supports staying regulated, attuned, and responsive to those we support and what they need in the moment. This session will offer an overview of the model, and how it strengthens reflective capacity and builds more grounded interactions.
This session will introduce the structure and purpose of the upcoming FAN training series. The training will be offered to supervisors, coordinators and lead home visitors first, then expand to other home visitors in the program you support. The goal is to ensure you feel grounded in the model, confident in using it, and well-prepared to support your home visitors as they begin their own FAN training later in the year.
The FAN training series has a unique structure and includes some practice-based learning. The informational session will describe the series, participant expectations, and offer a space for you to ask questions about the framework.
